Class Descriptions

Classes are designed to be for all levels.

Come join yoga with Brandt Monday-Thursday 9:15-10:30 am

We strive to provide a balanced class in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Alignment points are instructed to insure safety. Breath and meditation are offered as a path to finding your peaceful nature.

A typical class may go something like this:

  • Centering/ brief chanting
  • Smaller movements and warm ups
  • Sun salutes/flow
  • Standing poses
  • Poses on the floor with a balanced focus on back bending, forward bending,strength building and twists
  • Pranayama (breathing practices)
  • Meditation

What to bring: We have yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and straps for you to use. Feel free to bring your own mat, props water bottle, etc.
